Our initial acquisition strategy upon purchasing the property in May 2017 included the implementation of capital improvements over a 7-year hold period.

After successfully executing our business plan and dramatically increasing NOI since acquisition, we elected to sell Carlyle 2.5 years earlier than our acquisition strategy. This quick turnaround and effective repositioning resulted in a drastically increased value of the property and an investor annualized ROI of 27.4% – significantly exceeding proforma projections.
